Try the carne asada mulas at Tacos el Gordo. I assume you've had the carne asada tacos so you know they use authentic Mexican spices in their meat and they also marinate it in something. So imagine the carne asada meat on top of a tortilla with the spice mix they have and get this, mozzarella cheese and guacamole! It's all I ever have when I go there.

If you are going to have fun with the chick and not gamble much other then some black jack table play then bring her and have a blast....
