    Beer
Ok, good hour's work. Cooked 15 gallons of beer last weekend, filtered into second filtration containers 14.65 gallons just now. Breaks down to 9.85 gallons Hill Country Old Speckled Hen and 4.80 gallons of Doghouse Boddingtons. Can drink the Boddingtons about three weeks from now, and the Hen a month from now, maybe a week bit sooner. God bless the inventor of home brew kits on line.

God bless the man who can drink 13 pints of Speckled Hen after 7 Vodka chasers and eat 4 pieces of chicken and fries after.

Ahhh, I remember my young student days. No cash and just discovering the joy of homebrew. I brewed cider for 3 years and gradually perfected the art of increasing the alcohol content and eventually making the apple equivalent of rocket fuel. However, I got so fukked up so many times on it during those 3 years that I actually gag when if I ever try and drink cider again.

Anyway, Willie. Let's see some pictures. Of you're wife if your pissed or of your homebrew set-up if you're not.

I'll try to remember to take the camera along when we bottle it, taco. The "set-up" is nothing more than some big glass jugs, a couple of propane burners and a kitchen sink. I somehow managed to get the scrub brush stuck in one of the Stage 1 carboys last night while I was cleaning up, and can't for the life of me get the damn thing out right now.

Same reason I don't eat out at restaurants all of the time.
