Ok, good hour's work. Cooked 15 gallons of beer last weekend, filtered into second filtration containers 14.65 gallons just now. Breaks down to 9.85 gallons Hill Country Old Speckled Hen and 4.80 gallons of Doghouse Boddingtons. Can drink the Boddingtons about three weeks from now, and the Hen a month from now, maybe a week bit sooner. God bless the inventor of home brew kits on line.

Ahhh, I remember my young student days. No cash and just discovering the joy of homebrew. I brewed cider for 3 years and gradually perfected the art of increasing the alcohol content and eventually making the apple equivalent of rocket fuel.
