I am the best athlete here by far.. I am the best hockey player any forum has ever seen. .If I was 3 inches taller and a tad faster, i would have been drafted in the top 5 rounds in the NHL entry draft.

i was told this by 3 pro hockey scouts.

And i can still make circles around anyone here..

there is at private schools, but you would not know because no one ever looked at you for hoops, you are about 5'10" max, i am 6'4" and when i played i had a 34 inch vertical leap, could dunk either hand and in a myriad of ways, i'm built well too, played the 2 and 3 spots, ie 2 guard and small forward

so golf is a pussy sport? now i agree that golf isn't the contact sport that other sports are but it takes more than other sports in discipline and the mental game. You can't sub someone else in when you are struggling, you have to just find a way to score even on days you are not at your best. Other sports the coach just puts someone else in. If you can't stay focused for 4 and a half hours you will never be good. And it is a sport you can't blame anyone else for mistakes it is all on you. People that can't shoot solid scores always make fun of the sport as an excuse.

I played DIII we had 2 guys during my time go onto to transfer to DII schools, and those two along with another dude went on to play overseas... they never got one dime from the school, other then some grants and good on campus jobs.

me, I never played 1 min in a varsity game before I gave up hoops to concentrate on track and field... but I dot the same benefits these great players did

Nice Nicky, I played AAA for Team Illinois since squirts...Then lead all of Illinois' High school leagues with points and goals all 4 years of varsity. Had a full ride to the University of Michigan before getting in a car accident in May 2 years ago, broke 4 vertabrae along with messing up my knee..I've been trying to get back to my old form but after laying around barely moving for a year and a half it's tough..I wanna play so bad i miss it..
