I was about to come in here and tell you that you were an idiot betting the Astros tonight...then I remembered it was Hampton against the Pirates and he really shut them down and looked good last Sunday. Good luck, Justin.

It doesn't mean I'm not an idiot

And with the 1-cent spreads at Matchbook (effectively -1.2 cent spreads if you only offer), how can you go wrong?

pirates are on a roll, willie... they got the 2009 ROY leading off now, and they are angry about the trade.... I see a final of pirates 18 stros 7... McCutchen is gonna hit for the double cycle and steal 6 bases, including home twice.....

I hope you're right, Arch. I picked the young man up for my fantasy team and have him in the lineup tonight.

nice willie!!!!! I'm trying to hang onto any sliver of hope for watching the pirates now, after that debacle of a trade.....

I WAS actually a bigger minor league fan and looked forward to going to Indianapolis to watch Cutch... but now I don't even have that... he was swinging a hot bat the last week in AAA so his call-up was timed well.... I think he'll have a good week or so....

But I don't see him hitting over .260 for the remainder of the season....

Justin it seems like every time you are on an over I am on that under (TEX/BOS u10). My unders handicapping is clearly at odds with your model.

I found some solid value with Gallardo and the Brewers today. However, the market moved against me. The market continually under values this kid from my perspective. I had the Brewers capped at -104. I'm curious where you had this game, Justin.

Well this just in. Granted, it's the first time I've seen him throw in a rush situation from the outfield, but can't say he's got much of an arm for a centerfielder. Wilson was way out in center to get the relay and still had to go down to pick the throw off his shoetops.

Hampton having another ground ball evening.

I made that game Atlanta -113, so it was a no-play.

Pretty nice card overall there Justin, just the Rangers win in Boston screwing with you and it was more than understandable why you'd take the Red Sox in Fenway against Texas.

I love baseball. I've made as much on it this year as I did the whole season of Arena last year. I'm still not certain how much of that is attributable to luck versus good modeling, but I'll take it.
