Pinnacle not wanting action

What do you all make of a game like Denver @ San Diego this week, where Pinnacle has the line at:

Den + 9 -126
SD - 9 +118

Line is mostly +/- 7.5 -110 everywhere else.

Even with the drop down menus, the best you can get on Denver is +7.5 (-113).

They cleary don't want action on the Broncos here. Do they know something we don't or what?

Same thing on cleveland/pitt. line is cle + 9 (-129) or +7.5 (-116)

They want to keep the official number on 9 so that the game cannot be teased across 3.

I think it is as simple as that.
