How stupid can a person be?

Let's say hypothetically that someone decides to offer credit to people online i.e the person wants to become an Internet bookie. Why in the hell would someone be sloppy and leave a cyber trail?

Let's say hypothetically that said person opens a website that offers credit wagering. I would not be shocked if the website was hosted on servers based in the United States.

There is difference between taking calculated risks and jumping off a cliff. Unlicensed bookmaking via the Internet is a pretty serious crime. It's called being out of touch with reality.

I've done some pretty stupid things in my day... I wouldn't even begin to know how to answer the question...

I try to eliminate my stupidity, learn from others' mistakes, and not point out others' stupidity too much, as there is usually some ulterior motive based in jealousy and/or feelings of one's own inferiority when I they need to do so.... so that's a warning sign for me
