May I have accounts at both CRIS and DSI?
I once heard that you can have only one account within the CRIS network. Some of their sites, like BetMaker, even state in their T&C's that you cannot be a member at any other of their sportsbooks when registering with them.
I couldn't find terms like this mentioned at CRIS and DiamondSportsbook (DSI), however. So does that mean I can register with DSI although I am still an active member of CRIS?
Their support didn't reply to my question.

    Thank you!

Yep you can play at both, just dont use it to go over their limits by betting the same line at both books.

Actually I think you can do that. I did on the POT prop. No good reason to have both, other than another bonus, or to go over a limit. They claim seperate ownership, I believe, but use the same lines.

They share a building and customer support. I believe DSI copies lines from Cris. Some bigger players have been known to exploit that - playing at DSI first, then immediatley at Cris.

Technically, they are two separate companies though. I have not seen anything suggesting you cannot have accounts at both.

You definitely can.....In fact, last month a Cris rep phoned me up, informing me that my Betcris account was inactive of late and they were going to give me a 21% freeplay if I reloaded and reactivated my account. I was very impressed, but let the rep know that I had an active account at DSI presently, and was doing fairly well there, which I felt would probably negate any bonus at Cris...Surprisingly though, she congratulated me on my success (thus far) at 2Bet, while letting me know that regardless I could still claim the 21% if I reloaded at Cris, so that's what I did (Saved the text of the conversation, needless to say).....

I have accounts at both and have never been hassled about it.

One big difference in the lines is Diamond uses a 10 cent line for baseball and CRIS uses a 20 cent line.

Other than that, I’d say the lines are exact copies about 90% of the time—not 100% as is often implied on the forums. It’s not that uncommon to find differences.

I haven’t played at Betmaker in quite awhile, since before they affiliated with CRIS. I was not aware of any rule that you couldn’t play there if you also had an account at another book in that group. I know people currently who are active at Betmaker and CRIS, or Betmaker, CRIS, and Diamond, so if it’s a rule then evidently it’s not enforced, at least not consistently.

i tried to sign up and deposit into betmaker yesterday and it wouldnt go through. i called them and they said it was because i already had an active betcris account and you are only allowed to have one active acount at a time. i think its bullshit so i am if i could close my CRIS account and then use my betmaker account and they said that was fine. same thing happened with betzone. i havent tried DSI yet but from what i understand you can have a DSI and CRIS account.
