If he's worth $10M it was a pocket money play.

and I could care less if he chased or not but 20k is a big play to have considering his side and price... Glad to see he's adamantly denying it...

but if he was worth 10M and this is pocket change then he wouldn't come on here bragging or sharing his victory with us... (not to say he's bragging)

nice hit on his biggest play of the year, and a great story to tell behind it. I'm happy for him.

I showed no lean at all towards the under here though (not saying I would if it was the strongest play on every sharp in America's board...) which is why I'm shocked it was someones biggest play of the year (and it wasn't value/better than the closing number)

Was merely making it clear I genuinely meant no offence.

As for bragging, I don't know that he was doing anything that every poster on this site hasn't done at some stage on here, I've certainly bragged after a rare decent win.

I'd post if I hit 20k on something like this...

but I'm a 19 year old college kid who is happy when I hit my select 100-200 dollar "Big Plays"...

It's impossible to know and stupid to argue about

...but then again what else is there to do at 3am

Thanks General - it is glad to see there are other people happy when someone else beats the books. I thought that was the whole purpose of this forum - (to beat the books) yet if someone does well there seems to be criticism, accusations and insults thrown around.

Yep, always some ignorance and/or hate, but guys like us can set the example by ignoring it and show others (readers/members) that there is fun in between the nonsense. We can't let a Few ruin for the majority.

Are you the same StyleQ who worships and defends the Qaran and gets offended by all those who do NOT believe Allah is the supreme being?

I sure hope you're not going to use that 20K to financially support those that mean harm to the United States of America.

You can just whiff the jealousy around these here parts.

I'll tell you one thing, I'd lay heavy chalk that the vast majority of people that would/did give you any negativity about your win are those that are either jealous, small-time long-term winners/breakeven, long-term losers, or a combination of the aforementioned.

                        Congrats on the winner.

Not to answer for Style but I'll answer for me since it was my play of the day as well. Everything about this game screamed under to me. The pitchers and especially their past 3 games. The lineups vs. LH pitching and especially of late and both facing someone they'd never seen before. The trends were literally all in favor of the under. There are all sorts of other peripheral indicators I use to pick unders and every single one of them said under under under. I posted yesterday when I made the selection that if these two pitchers had been named Peavy and Santana, this line would have been set at 6.5. It was that obvious a pick to me.

Justin, your methods continue to baffle me my friend.

Well you basically hit it right there Jello - I was expecting this line to come out at U8 as well - everything suggested that this would have been an EASY under. Hence, when it seemed like they were a lock to go over after 8 runs at the top of the 5th, but they still covered. I was shocked and wanted to share that particular moment - that is what we do at the forum.

nice hit styles. with so many kids coming on here with the "i won this and i won that" nonsense, you can understand why people act in disbelief at your $ amount, especially when you dont post the play before hand. not posting the play and then bragging about winnings after the game is a definite no-no when it comes to the forum. you should expect this sort of negativity every time you do it.

its clear that you have a lot of money, but someone who bets 20k on a game and then brags about it is obviously betting waaaayyy more than 3% of their bankroll and the fact that you played the game at one of the worst #s that pinny offered all day(just check sbrlines to see that pinny closer was +103), tells us that you dont gamble for a living and just have a lot of money to blow...a bookies dream, so to speak. again, nice hit homey and do yourself a favor, you have the best book in the business at your fingertips, use them the right way or else you will lose year after year.

I hear you bro - once again though, I placed the wager early in the morning because I was not going to be able to monitor lines during the day. Secondy, 20 000 is more than 3% of my bankroll, but it is not a ridiculous number like 8% - like I said it was one of my biggest plays of the year. It is the fashion the game ended in that really made it a standout play for me

good to see big wins. next time you have such a strong feeling on a game, maybe you can let us know early enough to find the best price.

when nicky hits a big score like this, he usually goes all out and treats himself to chinese take out or even pizza hut( never filet or lobster). perhaps a new watch or something is in store for the styleman.

Thanks bro. I take your advice gracefully (although, obviously, getting the best line is a huge component of being successful long term). Don't let the morons here who think they can tell someones betting history by one bet, how can we possibly know his bank roll or success? He had a nice win and wanted to share with other people that had that pick, nice job stlyes.
