on October 17 you reported that Swapbets is partly owned by International All Sports.
While that was the case with the old Swapbets, of which IAS bought 50% just months before they closed the operation, I don't think IAS controls (in full or in part) the new company.
Sportalnet, the name of the company that runs the new Swapbets, is controlled by Italian capitals.
I thought you may want to look at the rating as Swapbets is just one of many exchanges with no liquidity (and I imagine no future) all trying to replicate the success of Betfair...
