I don't believe Fed's on the decline, I think he just doesn't care about staying amped up through all the little garbage tournaments year round that Nadal and others give 110% toward. He's ready to play each Slam, when's the last time he bowed out before a Semi finals or finals? He's still the best overall tennis player in the world, "declining" or not.
