i think by "regulate internet gambling" our current politicians (aka scumbags) mean TAX INTERNET GAMBLING.
transaction tax, tax on winnings (and have losses as an itemized deduction only), etc etc

i think most internet gamblers are happier with the way things are now rather than how it would be run by the u.s. government and taxed.
