remodeling the kitchen and they r every where...i sprayed bug spray killed bout 5 of em. went to the basement and i see one chilling on the cabinet i stained, and his wings are covered in dust/spackle!

i cant...im a plumber, i busted open a cast iron pipe in the city once, and roaches came flying all over me, in my boots, shirt, pants, pockets. ever since then, ive been a pussy with them. they sceeve me out so badly, its unreal. Now i love bugs, i got a pet tarantula, had em for 5 years now, but these waterbugs/roaches..scare me...also dont wanna hear that popping sound it will make and have its white puss all over my shoes
