One day the partner goes behind your back and transfers money from the JOINT business acct to his personal account.

I flip out and go crazy and he calls the cops on me. After spending 2 nights in jail and having a gun taken away.

He wants to do business but i have no control over the $ and he is a cunt.

I have a restraining order so i cant hurt him.

If it was a Joint bank account before...how can he have total control over the money now? Legally I think you are entitled to at least half of that money. I would say that you should get your half of the money and get out of that business relationship....
