How about this FH:

Monday - thursday....ABSTAIN

Friday: 11 drinks

Saturday: 12 drinks

Sunday: 4 drink max.

I will use this system too with a few modifications

Monday-Thursday 12 drink max

Friday- Sunday 24 drinks or 8 hours time drinking max, whichever comes first.

I will let you guys know if I fall off this wagon....
