OT: Starting Today You need Passport to go to Canada or Mexico

amby, probably not, but my wife wants to visit her family in Alberta in late september, will be taking my son, who also got his passport last year.

I thought this happened awhile ago. I know it did for going the other way. I was taking a trip to the states in April 2007 and I had to get a passport. At least everyone told me I had to have it.

I still need to get one..but I don't know if I should get the passport card or the regular passport
