The impossible song-search challenge

I spent the entire summer of 1990 working in Germany. There was a song that occasionally aired on the radio with a female voice. The only thing I remember today is the word "wonderful" (you're simply wonderful?), and it was probably of the "pop" genre. I never heard it again once I returned to the U.S.

How could I find the top 200 songs in Germany from June-August 1990?

That's not it. The song was in English.

I was in Essen, and no idea of the radio station - always heard it in an arcade (where I spent countless hours playing Kadash!)
