I haven't had any explanation why it hasn't been credited, when i signed up over a week ago. I met all the conditions. Placed £20 on odds of about 3.0, it lost, sent an email to bonus@be.... but then heard nothing. Funny thing is I have contacted them with general enquiries from other email addresses and they have answered, they are purposefully ignoring me lol
They have now changed the bet to a non-stake returned bet, whereas the one i signed up for was an account credit (matched deposit). I haven't even been given that.
What are peoples rights when it comes to free bets? If a bookie advertises it do they have to adhere to it, or is it just another way they can shaft you?
It could just be that they are changing to a new system (like I've said the free bet has changed over the past week since i signed up), and are waiting until it's place and steady before crediting me, but seriously... absolutely terrible customer service.
