Starting full day 2 here. Explored the beach and beach front here at Camps Bay where we are staying and hike up lions head mountain trail for an amazing view. Winter here so highs of 60 F and gets dark at 6 so that makes it seem hard to fit everything into the day we want to do. Robbin island today!

I empathize about the short cold days this time of year. Same down here. Brrrr. 120F in Vegas was lovely for a change last week.

I actually love this weather. I hate bring all hot and swampy on tourism vaca stuff,

doing Robben today, did historical down town Capetown tours and shopping yesterday and Kirsten Bosch garden and restaurants bars in camps bay.
