You are easily the two funniest posters here. Now that our three-way mutual enemy Backman has found SBR Jesus, I would like to celebrate by the two of you picking me a winner.

I will put a large amount on both picks. Please help a negro out and give me your best pick.

PS...I love you. But only anally on ovulating moments.

    Bread you filthy, garlicky ne'er-do-well.

When I saw this I thought we might have a new ghost conspiracy, and you were saying taco and I were the same dude. It actually makes sense because then I would go on to set up the ganchrow ghost so I could avoid being busted for having excellent math skills.

But no, okay, so I'm not taco.

    Or am I ????

(Cool. I got tense exciting music from the forum when I said, "Or am I?" DUT, DUT, DUUUUHHHHHH !!! Is anyone else getting that?)

A winner, you are looking for. Well I haven't evaluated the landscape yet. I don't think I will have anything on the hockey but there is bound to be some stuff on baseball. Leave it with me. I will do my best.

Backman found SBR jesus? I don't know what that means

Next time I talk to him I will be sure to ask about it. We are averaging about one conversation a year and we just had one so I will pencil it in for next April.

My scheduler for the first week of next April now looks like this:

    Apr. 1, 2010 - take smack
    Apr. 2, 2010 - take smack
    Apr. 3, 2010 - take smack
    Apr. 4, 2010 - take smack
Apr. 5, 2010 - see what kind of name-calling backman is directing my way and ask what the SBR jesus thing is all about
    Apr. 6, 2010 - take smack
    Apr. 7, 2010 - take smack

I can confirm that it is pretty delightful, yes.

I didn't realize my timelines on the pick were so tight. FWIW, my system is spitting out the Blue Jays as a playable pick today at anything better than +103 (which they are pretty much everywhere).

I was coming here now to deliver tidings of min/TB UN 8.5 +113.

Our inside information tells us that the home plate umpire's Tampa girlfriend has been promised him a nice rhubarb pie after the game which he will be very anxious to get to so he will be calling anything in the same timezone as the plate a strike.

She is also hinting at backdoor sex. UNDER.

I swear to God Muddy if the Blew Jays blow this for me today, I'm eradicating my Canadian list and going Jihad on you people.

            Yea, you people...I said it.

But if they win, then we still cool

I just got a cryptic PM from taco which may relate to this thread.

I need a pick. Does New Orleans have a baseball team? There is still a lot of post-Katrina goodwill, right?

Never underestimate the power of butt-sex and a nice flaky crust.

I'm done with Canadians. First that stupid game, then playing Trivial Pursuit on the Wii, an entire category of True/False questions of movies that were made in Canada. Tons of movies that aren't supposed to be set in Canada are made in Canada.

                  I'm flabbergasted.

Our cities are very versatile, it's true.

But yeah, it looks like the truth about Canadians is finally sinking in for you. You have experienced the nice polite smile to your face while the knife is put in your back.

From the outside, we seem like one big harmless episode of Bob and Doug, and the worst thing we might be capable of would be hatching a zany scheme to try and get a dead mouse into a beer bottle so maybe we can trick Molsons into giving us a free case. But on the inside, it's more like an episode of 24 with us constantly torturing each other and threatening each other's families in order to obtain vital Canadian information.

If someone loses a bet on the Blue Jays, I'm sorry but it's just considered collateral damage.

                      Canadian covert hostility.

Here's a winning thread for you bread:

Nice 500 "unit" or $25,000 loss. Not that he's really betting that I'm sure.

Durito this has been pointed out to me be a couple people now and it will be interesting to hear what he has to say.

I'm sure there will be some fantastic explanation. Actually, I could care less what he says.

I'm sure MonkeyF will still hear about De La Hoya and I'll still hear about Adam Lambert.
