    10Bet......WARNING
Good afternoon fellow sportsbook punters or good whatever time it is in your part of the world.

You will see that this is my first post on SBR and unfortunately it has to be a negative one in connection with 10Bet. Hopefully it will prevent others from inconvience and perhaps risk to their "hard earned".......so here's my story.

I recently joined up through soccerpunter.com who were advertising a 15% bonus to $200. I duly deposited $1333.34 to qualify for the $200 but found that an automatic bonus of $39.77 was added. I emailed CS about it, their reply was a short "one liner" that the offer had changed to 50% to $30 with no further comment. I emailed them to inform them that the soccerpunter.com offer played an integral part of my decision to join 10Bet and attached a screenshot as proof of the offer. (The original offer I signed up to on soccerpunter was removed from soccerpunter's website shortly after I joined 10Bet). Their reply was another short one line message to say that the offer was a maximum bonus of €50, yes €50 this time not dollars, (that is purely academic of course) no further comment accompanied this.

Out of principal I thought "sod it" and withdrew my original deposit back to Neteller leaving the bonus in my account. One week past without receiving funds back to Neteller and my balance was showing as zero at 10Bet (the bonus had been removed manually). I emailed them yesterday and referred to their website describing Neteller withdrawals as "immediate". Today I checked Neteller to find a credit from them of $1254.34, $80 short.

An email was present in my inbox informing me that my withdrawal had been made but a 6% charge had been deducted as no bets had been placed.

I have addressed an email to the MD detailing my case as above, requested a refund of the $80 and an apology for this disgraceful behaviour.

I will report back on the outcome.

      Hello goodtyneguy,

Welcome to the forum. We are speaking to 10bet about a different matter this morning. Feel free to pass along your account ID.

Many sportsbooks will charge you for your deposit and payout if you don't bet. When they deny an advertised bonus offer they are expected to refund you at their expense. Since you saw the offer elsewhere it may be a bit more complicated. The site does reference charging up to 8% (I believe it's 8) for those who have not wagered.

Hello Bill and Willie Bee thanks for the warm welcome.

Bill, I hold you in high esteem for your dedication to the industry in pursuance of a safe and secure environment for players and bookies funds.

I appreciate your comments (under normal circumstances) with regard to books charging a fee for none placement of bets. I understand that they are charged fees by Neteller so that is only fair, obviously in my case they renaged on an offer advertised at one of their affiliates. The offer was changed at the affiliate shortly after I joined up. Fortunately I took a screenshot of the offer just before joining.

        PM'd you my user ID.

        Thanks.

          GTG,

It looks like 10Bet will not take complete responsibility for the third party advertiser. I'm told you were offered a partial refund by email.

          Hi xxxxxx

I am sorry you feel this way but those are our rules and we charged you what were charged.
As a good will i will give you a 15% bonus up to 100 GBP on your next deposit and also refund you half of the $80 you were charged.
I am sorry for the inconvinience.

Maybe you can hit up soccerpunter.com for the difference?

To be fair to 10Bet (not sure if they understand that word but for the benefit of others) I did receive their email. It was from a named person and not the usual csd@10bet so I missed it when I scanned my inbox.

My response: Well, I cannot see any reason why I would want to put any of my "hard earned" back in. I refer to the issues previously discussed here:

            Cancelled bets:

            Allegations of Dual Lines

BTW, soccerpunter.com are still advertising the misleading offer.

Well, at least you didn't get to the good part----the great VIG on a lot of american sports at 10bet. You would've loved betting MLs like -200/+140, I'm sure

Oh and the fact that they review every bet before it's confirmed. I have seen bets sit at the confirm screen for 2 minutes before it's accepted or denied (and they move the line). Their posted lines are suggestions, you have to figure out which side they will actually let you bet on.

                          10bet, more troubles

                          -
                          Good morning to the forum,
I am a new member, from Italia.

I am having various problems with 10bet too.

I consider their Live betting policy highly incorrect:
they keep your bet for minutes, waiting for things to evolve to worse for you, and then accepting your bet.
Otherwise, they just reject your bet.

                          Yesterday an extreme case:
their Live platform showed on NFL
                          New England +11.5 , and I bet 100 Eur

                          then they showed
New England +12 , and I bet 55 Eur more.

The "My bets" box in the Live platform correctly showed
"New England + Spread". I took photos of it, for my reference.

Well, on the "open bets" they marked "New York + Spread",
so they settled the bets as losing.
Not even voiding them, just losing!

In various moments, during the match, on two different computers 10bet was showing different versions of the same bet at the same price!
"New England +" on computer 1, "New England -" on computer 2.

I called yesterday evening, I emailed them already 3 times, even sending clear photo of the screen, but they just reply with 1-line saying my bets are lost.

Is there any official board I can apply to, in order to get to a thorough control of their systems?

                          Thanks, best regards.

                            Thanks for the welcome pags11

Ugo, sorry to hear about your problems, if you do a search on this forum you will find that others have had the same or similar problems as you.

As you will have read they hit me before I even started to wager any monies and if they had any goodwill towards their customers (especially new potentially lucrative customers, I deposited $1000) they would have honoured the bonus offer without the need for Bill Dozer to get involved. I'm now pleased they did n't.

If Bill Dozer has seen your post he is probably on your case now or if not I would pm or email him he may be able to help. If problems like this continue then he will need to know for the purpose of rating the book.

10bet are licensed and regulated in the Uk and registered with the independant arbitration service http://www.ibas-uk.com/ so that is another option.

                            Good Luck.
