I don't think Cleveland will EVER win a title

This team is maxed out right now, only downhill to go.

More up and cumming teams in the East, and Orlando doesn't look like they will be anything but a contender from now on too. Add Atlanta, Chicago, and Miami back in the mix and the east is WIDE open.
