The truth? A hunch. I knew Everton would go at it 110% and I figured Lampard would get more and more space in midfield the longer the game went. I also knew he's not affraid to shoot if afforded space.

I havent been for over a year Brent, I'll go back later this year when the football strats again over there. I'm in L.A., but yes, there are many pubs that make a tidy living out of getting british football fans shitfaced every friday night/Saturday morning. because of the time difference the first game usually starts at 5.00am pst so most people go out on a Friday and just stay out, theyre pretty good nights. There's more and more 'NFL pubs' popping up in England, especially in London. Lymey isn't really derogatory, it's a bit like the Australians calling us whinging poms because we always moan for 3 months after they beat us at cricket...which is often. Dorset is a nice place but the taxes and low wages are the killer, I prefer L.A.
