Never had a Dos Equis beer but the tv ads for it are cool. The guy resembles Willie Bee a little if he got made up by a pro.I know Willie Bee is the beer aficionado here at the forum so he probably knows the beer well.Is it any good?

Willie Bee,did you have an awkward moment just because you wanted to feel what it was like to have one?hehe! The guy in the ad should sort of become a James Bond-Rockford hybrid where they turn it into a tv series.

He once had an awkward moment - to see what it feels like.

      Stay thirsty my friends.

Sadly, the beer is mediocre at best.

Problem is Willie Bee is the most cranky man in the world and not interesting. I can see him though as a playboy if he was single.

Blasphemy! Not my favorite, but better than mediocre, gets about a 78 on the WBeer Scale. We're cooking 10 gallons of beer tonight, will be ready in a few weeks. Last batch we made is still a week away as well. In between home brews currently and sippin' on a Shiner Bock at this moment.

If you think I'm cranky, you should meet my father. I'm at least second-crankiest. Don't think I'd be a playboy however.

Willie Bee is quite interesting. He once had a pet cockatoo named Sonny Crockett. It would eat crackers from his beard.

I don't think you are cranky but you mentioned quite a few in your posts you are one so your internet persona makes me to believe you may be one.

As far as the playboy I can see you driving around the country on a Harley following baseball games and picking hot women at truck stops.

The guy in the beer commercial coming on shore from the boat reminds me a wee bit of James Brolin playing Pee Wee Herman in the movie about Pee Wee Herman in the movie Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Is that a funny movie or do I just have offbeat unusal taste in movies and everything else?

Best scene in Pee Wee's Big Adventure????The scene where the escaped convict tells Pee Wee he was in the big house for tearing the do not remove under penalty of law warning label on a pillow case.Hey,the political climate in this country is heading in that direction.Did anyone hear about the Obama list of possible terrorists? If you think it's bad in it's modified state,I heard it was alot worse when it first got started.Christ, you were considered an undesirable loose cannon if you had a Ron Paul bumper sticker. And posters thought I wasn't going to get a political jab in on a post about a beer commercial.hehe!

                        I thought that was smarmy.
