    Pinnacle rollover required
I have made an deposit to Pinnacle and didn't wagered the money.

In an old mail from they I've got this message:
"Your withdrawal request was declined. The reason we declined your withdrawal is you made a deposit and are now requesting a withdrawal without a minimum amount in wagers.
Please see the information under the Cashier option Deposit Methods of our site"

No way I could find that information on the site.

Please help me and tell me what is the minimum rollover required before I can make an free withdraw.
I know that here I will get the fastest response

    Ask them.

Most books require a 1x rollover before a withdrawal, even if you don't take a bonus.

      I have found the "information"

In addition, any deposit made to an account without a minimum amount of wagers placed will incur both the deposit and the withdrawal fee. Fees include those incurred by Pinnacle Sports that are normally absorbed and not charged to the client.

But really what does it mean Minimum ammount waggered?A litle bit more specific could it be ) .

Anybody knows what this MINIMUM means?

If you put in a $1000 you would need to make a $1000 worth of bets in order to withdraw your money without inuring a fee.

I have finally manage to find out what is the rollover and the fees that I have to pay if I don't make that rollover.
For small ammounts the rollover i think it's 1x,even thow I didn't get any clear response from the support team.
And If I try to withdraw earlier I have to pay all the fees for deposit (2.3%) and withdraw(2.3%) and I have to pay the pinnacle fee of 15$.A litle bit absurd.
I really doubt that Neteller demands 2.3%.
And it's the same with moneybookers and I know that there is only the 0.5E per transaction.
I allways liked the european sportsbooks because they have more clear rules.
I have found this kind of rule on Expekt , but they said clearly "If you don't make an rollover of 1x you will pay 3%" Simple and clear.
Not like pinnacle "without a minimum amount of wagers " this really bothered me .
Now that I have read much of the help and terms,I really doubt that I will use it again
They have a lot of vague rulles that allways puts the customer in inferiority.

                Nemo,
Maybe some of their rules could be written better but they always treat the player fair.

I know that it treats the players fair, but if you get in some trouble with them , surelly you cannot win any case.
