Ok, the transaction finally deposited in my Binance account 5 minutes after I send a support ticket to Coinbase (don't know if they're related). Of course the price of XRP was higher than when I was trying to rebuy it last night, but oh well.

You have to have dips in order to fuel rallies. If BTC kept going up, peeps would not find an entry point. People are going to find an entry at these lower levels now.
