I've tried sticking with BNB and probably will go back to it if HyperCash (HC) has a down slope but I'm switching to HC as my main coin.

Going from June 6 to June 30, BNB has gone up from $29.66 to $32.90 or about 11%

HC has gone from $1.81 to $4.81 or nearly 265% during that same time period and has also increased its slope recently. Of course there was a time when BNB appeared to increase its slope as well so take all this into perspective.

But they're just so visible now, both to regulators and the crypto community in general that it would be too difficult for them(or anyone really), if not straight up impossible to see the kind of explosive growth that many holders are expecting...let alone just maintaining what they have now.
One of the things I look for when scoping out a coin to increase in price is the current Market Cap. BNB is now at $33. If it is to go to $200, or 6 times its price now, it would have to have 6 times its market cap. Its current market cap is $4.7 billion so its market cap would have to go to $28.2 billion.

Now of course you have to factor in the quarterly burn rate of the coin but at its current rate we're talking about 6 million coins per year out of a total 141 million in circulation today. The burn rate per year will decline as the price goes higher.

Smaller cap coins have more room to go in terms of percentage increase but there has to be a driving reason behind the increase as well. Just because a coin has a small market cap doesn't mean it's going to climb in price.

I'm just thinking coins with higher market caps will take quit a bit of demand to fuel multiples of price increase.

ADA is definitely my favorite coin. I thought the price was going to take off with Shelley but it hasn't yet. ADA will surpass both EOS and ETH although it will take a lot of time.

For short term results, filter by volume. If the volume doesn't coincide with the marketcap, something's up. ADA is one exception since the volume has been trading lower than it's cap for a long time now.

Libra is somewhat confusing since it's really a type of stablecoin.

Thanks, but I had help. It looks like someone has been supporting its price rise today as well.

Chainlink surged more than 100% in the last week from $2.03 to roughly $4,4 before retracing a little bit. This was due to it being listed on Coinbase and Coinbase Pro.

                        What is the “Coinbase effect”?
The “Coinbase effect”, this term was coined to describe the phenomenon where the price of a cryptocurrency increases after being listed on Coinbase. This phenomenon is definitely real as we have seen it play out in other cryptocurrencies as it is currently happening with Chainlink. This highly celebrated price surge began after Chainlink was first listed on Coinbase Pro. After three days, the price of the coin was up 117.2%. Almost all coins listed on Coinbase experience an increase in price following listing announcements.
Below is a list of coins that experienced the “Coinbase effect”:
                        • Litecoin – on May 3rd, 2017, experienced about 3.0% price increase.
                        • Bitcoin Cash – on Dec. 19, 2017, experienced 9.9% price surge.
                        • Augur – on Apr 17, 2019, increased by 15.3%.
                        • EOS – on May 30, 2019, increased by 10.1%.

                          But wait, there's more.

                          There's this:
Chainlink creates new ways for Oracle networks

But even bigger (I believe) is this:

The Latest Bitcoin Bug Was So Bad, Developers Kept Its Full Details a Secret

                              https://www.coindesk.com/the-latest-...s-a-secret?amp

This week’s major bitcoin bug was even worse than developers initially let on.

The bug originally rocked the bitcoin world when it was reported the vulnerability could be used to shut down a chunk of the network.

While this sounded bad enough for many, it turns out developers for Bitcoin Core kept a second, bigger part of the bug a secret. As disclosed through an official Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) report, an attacker could have actually used it to create new bitcoin – above the 21 million hard-cap of coin creation – thereby inflating the supply and devaluing current bitcoins.

Such a perversion of the rules would, at worst, according to many, make users not trust the cryptocurrency anymore.

Because of the disastrous implications of the bug, developers decided to keep it a secret, buying themselves time to fix the exploit and urge miners and users to upgrade their software.

The CVE report written by Bitcoin Core developers explains.

CEX.io bullshitt I sent .01 BTC to CEX.io a couple years back, and since then I have not been able to access it any way. There isn't even an "account balances" button on that site. Requires NO documentation to send it to them, but to trade it or even get it Back is damn near impossible. Help?!

All-in LINK now. I don't see any movement from HC, same for BNB.

I look back over the past couple months for LINK: a good rise in price with an eventual slight decline followed by another good rise in price with another slight correction followed by another good rise in price, etc. No significant setbacks.

A lot of the large-cap alts missing out on the recent btc gains, some considerably down sat-wise from ATHs. Hard to beat btc when it's in a bull run, but if/when it goes sideways then alts should start to come into play. XLM has fully retraced already so might be a decent gamble if someone can get it in the 600-800 sat range.

Not all will have a full retrace like that of course...but I'd look for even more to drop sat-wise if btc keeps making runs like this.

Looks like HC and LINK are both rolling over so I'm out of my positions on those two. I've set sell points above the current price to catch any spikes as have been historically present. If there are no pops I will adjust the sell points downward if the current slide continues.

Late to the party here but mobile app staking and Vitalik Buterin gave CyberMiles a boost.

Transaction fees (eg. ETC is waay cheaper than ETH, and Cybermiles is probably even cheaper)

Usually when volatility levels increase you get a bigger break up or down because everyone knows where support and resistance is, if bitcoin can't sustainably break over 1300 too I think we see a move back to 1100, I"m not bullish on bitcoin long-term but it seems like we'll likely get a pullback here before a another move up, the move up over the last several months has been strong, and the stock market is hitting record highs too. The Fed getting dovish and suggesting an interest rate drop is coming should help bitcoin and crypto currencies in the short-term as well.
