They are just using two different methods to calculate price. It depends on which exchanges you include and which you exclude.

That and a discussion of which wallets are and aren't working. It is so annoying how often I see a good arb and then a wallet is broken on one of the exchanges.

If you shoot in a sportsbook complaint form with your details we can try reaching out to them and ask to let you off this rule this time. Hard to know if it will work but worth a try if Binance wont help.
