Has anyone noticed that BetJam's customer service has been very slow as of late?

It seems that every time I go to make a withdrawal I get no feedback on where they are at with the process.

I've never requested a check from them before; how long does it usually take?

I have never recieved from them via check. I use the VIP card. For a $30 fee they send you an ATM card that they deposit onto the same day. Never waited more than 6 hours for a deposit with this method. If you play with Bet Jam I recommend you look into it.

2 or 3 days for a check,one free per month and have never had a problem.

Thank you for the reply. Do you have to sign for the FedEx delivery?

I may have a problem with that since I am not home. Could they have it delivered to a different address like an office?

Also phone service is quicker,with that said,quit fukkin with taco.

Thanks again. I am all for squashing e-feuds but some people just can't let things go.

Looks like the check was already sent. Guess I will have to go to the FEDEX location and pick it up.
