Watch The Conversation or The Lives of Others, for example. Your argument justifying having some "authority" watch you is said again and again, but you have to consider something else: misunderstanding. You CANNOT tell what a person is doing or who they are by what websites they have went to, what tv shows they have watched, or who they have talked to.
