JJ, I respect your posts and like you as a person but this is the worst thread you have ever started. I can't blame you fully, I mean you live in New Jersey, so you don't know much about Real Estate or the Housing Market. People don't choose to live in Deleware, they pretty much have to. It is kind of like parts of California, people don't choose to live in Fresno or Bakersfield, they have no other choice. There are three things when it comes to Prime Real Estate, and those are Location Location Location... I don't care what the hell is going on in that state it will never be a desired place to live. Sure, there are probably wealthy parts of that State but be realistic JJ. But like I said, you live in Newark, not a desired place to live, so you don't know the difference.

I understand that Delaware will offer single game bets like in Vegas however looks like the odds are going to be set by the same kind of unqualified f*ck face government workers like it is up here.
Hopefully they will hire the old school gang from Vegas to set it up properly and with the same token i am hoping that the great Senator from Massachusetts Mr.Barney Frank can get that internet law repeal by September!

I hope your right Fearless,however i have this gnawing feeling deep inside of me that sooner or latter we are going to find out that they are going to do it all wrong.
