    Keep accurate gambling records
This is a must if one aspires to be sucessful in this business longterm.

I always know what my all-time career high is/was in winnings CAREER wise and always try to top that......sometimes it takes days, sometimes weeks, somtimes months..........and once in the past 20 years, over a year.

STAY MOTIVATED and NEVER GET TO BIG FOR YOUR OWN BRITCHES.........STAY DISCIPLINED AND DON'T ACCEPT LOSING.

Try, and this is hard at times, to never get to down on yourself.

Life, family, and friends should be your main focus.............but having said that, give your gambling the desired time to be sucessful.

            Good records are critical.

The numbers don't lie. If your spreadsheet says you suck in a sport, denial doesn't work in the face of Excel spouting out "-4.1% ROR over 1000 plays".

No, just speaking from personal experience. Although I typically recognize issues before 1000 plays.
