what free internet service i can use to send a large file

Nothing that I know of that will do that for you for Free...I think all of those services you have to pay for...

youtube multi video uploader will upload up to 10MB, with windows movie making you can trim off half of the video and upload it in 2 parts with youtube, hope that helps.

My mistake, those are file transfers, not email. I should've read a bit before posting.
