Has anyone worn out the refresh button on their computer?

slicker, i have been dreaming now for sbr to come up with an auto refresh button, but i dont knwo why they don't do it..

at night in my LR, computer is like 3 feet from my couch and i have to always stretch to refresh and my neck hurts.. if i can like set it for 15 sec, or 30 sec, or 45 sec or 1 min refresh, that woudl be awesome..

it would help me a lot and i would post more at night.. but it really is annoying to have to always press refresh.

come on SBR just do it and put in a auto refresh feature..
