Craps Player Sets Record At NJ Casino
I once held the dice at Casino Niagara for 25 minutes and made about $3K, a high roller at the game must have made over $30000 on my 25 minute roll.

I wish I was at that game in Jersey.

Saturday was a record-setting night for a novice craps player at an Atlantic City casino.

Patricia Demauro set a new record for the longest craps roll, hanging on for four hours and 18 minutes at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.

Borgata officials say she beat the previous record by one hour and 12 minutes. They say Stanley Fujitake of Honolulu, set that record nearly 20 years ago in Las Vegas.

"This was only my second time playing craps, so this was very exciting for me to be a part of history," says Demauro, who lives in Denville in northern New Jersey.

Demauro bought into a game for $100 and quickly amassed a cheering crowd. When she finally lost around 12:31 a.m., after 154 rolls of the dice, she was greeted by Borgata with a champagne toast.

The casino wouldn't say how much Demauro won.

Old record was at California Club downtown Vegas.

If anyone ever looked at the outside of The California Club just a few doors away from The Golden Nugget they would see claims of the record for longest crap shoot placed all over the outide building.

I was at the Devils Lake Indian casino in North Dakota a few years back and a guy kept hitting 8 constantly.A crowd formed around him and the casino lost alot of money that night.

            only 154 rolls though!

its a lot, but not a lot of rolls for 4 hrs and 18 minutes!

the average table has 100 rolls an hour!

When your paying out over that time frame it slows the game down. When your going point out it's very quick

true, but its still not a lot of rolls for the time frame!

there must have been idiots at the table slowing it down!

they should make the record by the amount of rolls, not time!

the shooter could be finger fuking the dice, which could slow down the game also!

                still very impressive though!

I was once at a table in AC where the shooter rolled for about an hour and half.... they had to call the cage after a while and bring chips to the table after he made his point. So yes the game slows down at the casino's request. I think they were paying out about 250K after each point never mind the payouts on the numbers during the roll.

I heard the biggest winner was only 60k!

Must have been all grandmas playing!

I doubt the biggest winner would be 60K. I know I"ve made between 5 and 6K on occassion. I"m not that big a better so someone making 10 x my amount should happen easily on a hot table. Hell I dropped $1500 on the sunday morning after the SBR bash waiting to go to the airport.

I have a reliable source that said it was only 60k!

Again, with 154 rolls, that seems about right.

How many of the 154 rolls were craps, so no one getting paid on those rolls!

If you have a bunch of lightweights playing, then it is likely! The max bet was only 3k probably. So it took them a while to get up to that amount!

Grandma only bought in for $100, so likely more players were the same way at that table!

I know when I play, I dont like playing with a lot of lightweights, because they are a pain in the ass and they slow the game down! this is probably what happened here!

Thats pretty awesome. I think the longest I played craps without losing was 10 min.

Some think it might of been rigged for publicity but who really knows mainly because the odds are in the billions for it to happen.
