    When did Aerosmith peak?
Choose an album. I'll be in the minority but I think Aerosmith peaked with 1997's "Nine Lives."

I was never a big Aerosmith fan. I like some of their stuff but I've never bought one of their albums or CD's

            I never liked Aerosmith.

Apparently their biggest pop success was the 1993 Get a Grip lp, with hits Amazing, Cryin, Crazy, which all sound like the same song to me. lmao Even worse, all 3 songs had basically the same music video, featuring Alicia Silverstone. Nevertheless, the album is probably a poster child for selling out, artistically.

The 1970's and 1990's, depends on if you want you band to be hard charging partying or going to church every week!

Went to a Aero concert late 70s at the Spectrum, first song can't recall but ok, second song all 4 four must be playing different tunes because it just sounds like total garbage noise!!! No vocals from Tyler, noise goes on for a minute or so and people are quickly losing their buzz and patience.

People are getting pissed (this is in Philly right!) All at once someone charges up to the mike, (manager or somebody) "That's **cking great, you just blinded Steven Tyler", like somebody threw somebody at him and hit him in the eye? Lights come on, nobody on stage, no annoucements, people eventually leave on their own peacefully!

Never heard nothing about since, to this day believe they crossed the line of being too ***ked up to perform! What were they going to say to 20,000+ people, oh I'm sorry but the boys had alittle too much today and are going to call out sick! I'm still looking for my $18 refund! That was alot back then for a broke ass kid! Don't know when they stop recording, but it was some time after that!

My vote goes for 1970's. I want my rock bands to not only play the part, but also live it! Guess I was at the wrong place at the wrong time?

Toys in the Attic/Rocks/Draw The Line were the peak albums of their career. Was down hill from there but there was plenty of good stuff along the way.

But that made her a seriously hot chick. I still go back to the 70's for their best music. Saw them in the 80's and tyler was so ****ed up her fell off the stage 3 times during their performance. They got through it but you were wondering how stoned was he.

Steven Tyler could deep throat an 18 inch horses cock if his life depended on it while wearing pink.

I love all their stuff. Pump and Get a Grip were recorded in Vancouver. I seen them around and went to several amazing concerts.

IMO they are still better than most new rock bands nowadays.

Personally, I hope rock makes a comeback soon cause I don't even know what the **** most of this is.

Worst era in Rock n Roll history is now.

Would say the early to mid 90's. Might have happened earlier if they didn't go off the face of the earth for a while and have to team up with Run DMC for a remake just to get back in the spotlight.

People use that term, "selling out" alot when refering to bands that make it. I have news for you. Nobody forms a band to further the musical integrity of the world. They do it for drugs, sex and money. They start off in the drugs and sex and IF they survive that and actually get to make money, the fans call them sell outs. Like they're supposed to play in dive bars for their whole careers. That's for when they're broke from going in and of rehab and paying for their illegitimate children and they have to do a 'reunion tour' in order to pay for their upcoming hip surgery. imo.

To answer the question, "Toys in the attic" for the first time around and "Pump" for their resurgance.

wow, you people are insane.. Aerosmith put out a lot of great music, it's hard to tell when they "peaked" I'd say that Toys in the Attic started things off for them.
