I wore a rug with no hat. I never ever wear a hat with my rug on because then it could loosen the glue/bonding and makes your hair flat. In public I never leave the house without a rug unless just going to a food store where I use the drive in window.

wow, it's even cheaper here. last week i got 12 bottles for 97 cents at a local pharmacy.. that's only $2.91 for 36 bottles.. much cheaper than Costco in USA..
