Can someone tell me what an affiliate account is and how do they work? I don't understand why at a book like 5D, who takes players from everywhere, that you'd need "affiliate accounts" or accounts making bets for other people?

Tony is a tough guy but he's fair. I once complained about them screwing me for $37. Word got to Tony and he shut my account off. I signed up again there, ran my balance up, and when I wanted to cash out he froze my account. He said that the only way I could get my account back into good standing was to donate $500 to my local humane society. So I did. So essentially complaining about $37 ended up costing me $500. So moral of the story is don't complain there. No matter if you are right and feel they are wrong. It's not worth the hassle. Just be an honest player, don't take shots, and be courteus to their customer service if you have an issue. It's still by far the best book for American players. If someday Pinnacle or Bet365 ever open up to US, then they'd have competition. But as for now, 5d is the best at least for BTC payouts and live betting IMO.

If you are a live betting player, then 5d is the best place to be. If you are more pre-game bets, then it probably doesn't matter where you bet.

5dimes live betting is complete garbage. Mobile site, dumpster fire...if you can even get it to work. The only advantage 5dimes has is overnight reduces juice. I offset that with Heritage and their cash back program. There is no reason to give 5dimes business.

Well the thing that pissed me off is I let SBR know this. And I wanted to get Pro Status at least out of the deal. Because to me, a charity is a charity, and $500 is more than the $100 that SBR requires. But they wouldn't do it, even though they could easily verify that I did do this for Tony and 5d (make the $500 donation). I even got my name in a booklet the Humane Society sends out recognizing my contribution. But oh well. It's not like I don't have a $100 if I really wanted to send to Make a Wish or Angelman and get it. I could if I wanted too so i can see why SBR wouldn't allow it.
