It depends how they get their data.

If you are getting it from the book, you are at their mercy.

If you are scraping it yourself it's another story.

I think they're at the mercy of Pinny's XML feed, which is used by hordes of techno-savvy people.

IvanC is a good guy. I have had a few extended conversations with him about stuff relating to SBR Odds and archives. He is polite and friendly and when he says he will get back to me about something, he does it.

Anyone messing with IvanC is messing with me!

Hello everybody,

If you are wondering what we (System Operators) do, I can point out a few of the tasks we do.

1- Make sure that the lines services is working properly, we check Feeds Vs Sports Site and our site to see if there are discrepancies.

For example, all of the quotes that were previously used by Betplom, are examples of such cases in which we find the error, and it is our duty to inform all of our users of the issue, we are here to catch this problems and have our team of programmers solve the problem.

Sometimes it is in our end, and sometimes is in the Book's end.

Pinnacle's feed is updated frequently, and they never send us any notifications, therefore, it becomes impossible to know when the feed will stop working properly. What was pointed out as excuses is actually us informing you about the situation.

Mudcat my friend, anytime, you know that whatever I can do for you or any user I will do it, although it make take some time, us system operators and the programmers will have it fixed.

I have seen Ivan's last name and I would estimate he is Hispanic.

Was I right about him being nice and helpful though? Many people would have told betplom to jump off of a very tall building and land on his closest loved ones, but Ivan stays on message.
