Blackberry's: Is Bold that much better than Storm, Curve, and Pearl

I am looking to buy a new phone. I am looking at the Pearl, but would pay a premium if the other phones are a huge upgrade from the Pearl. Are they? If you have one of these phones, tell me which one and what you like about it/don't like about it. Thanks.

I have the pearl...got it just because of it's smaller size. Does everything I need for a phone...browsing sorta sucks on it but I rarely browse on it since I usually tether it with my laptop. The roller ball on this one locks up sometimes where I can't scroll up and have to fidget with it for a while to get it working (my old pearl never did that).

Didn't care much for the small keys when I first got it but have gotten used to them.

pearl sux compared to them. i had pearl too before the curve. cure 83x0 is a great device...if you on tmobile get the curve 8900 so you have the wifi calling....i have an unlocked bold for tmobile and get wifi,gps, but not 3G cuz thats only on ATT. bold has the best screen, same resolution as iphone and the OS 4.6 is so fast, nothing lags at all. on curve 8320 it would lag to do some things. love my bold.

iphone isnt even close to being in blackberrys league. cant even send MMS picture msgs or copy/paste. blackberry is for power users, iphone is for teenage kids. find me 1 fortune 500 company that issues iphones to their employees

Forgot that is 1 thing I hate about my Pearl...through Alltel you can't send/receive pics or voice clips.

Was going to get a Storm but they told me they are garbage right now and have some problems that need worked out.

hah yeah finally an update. dagger, every poster here does now and then im sure along with every1 else. that isnt the point. that is 10+ year old technology. inexcusable it didnt launch with that. i got a few friends sick of the touch screen too, and are all switching over to blackberry bold or curve 9000s finally. app store is cool, bb has the same thing in appworld. diff strokes for diff folks

It's not for the pictures...it is for the random jokes/clips that get sent.
