I have a friend who is a professional gambler. Turns over $10million + a year on the thoroughbreds. Nets about a 10%/$1 million. The trainer, jockey and horse himself could declare themselves over the line but he would take no notice. He caps each race himself. He backs his own judgment. He is a true pro. The same applies with any form of gambling. By all means follow other cappers suggestions as that's what this forum is all about but don't rag them out like a big blouse when you bet over your head and get your fingers burnt.

don't try following any picks of guys that get hyped in players talk. There's a lot of joking around that you're probably not understanding. If you want to follow some possibly worthwhile picks you should dig deep in the sport specific handicapping sub-forums.

Paco, don't let it get to you. SBR is compiled with the most paranoid people on the internet. Whenever a new person joins, it is automatically assumed by the peanut gallery that the new poster is a "ghost". Give it time and keep posting...the comments will die down soon enough. Think of it as a sort of initiation.

I have been here for 2 years now. I have never followed anyones lock play but I bet the opposite of 80% of the locks for a good chunk of money. You can tell the lock is a bust from the flawed analysis. When someone is saying I never lost an over or don't question my pick because I'm the best you know he is not a pro.
