There's some pluses for the Browns. They get an additional 2nd round pick, they didn't have a QB, they have a ton of cap space, I don't know their cap situation, but they may have had issues getting to the minimum Cap floor. If that is the case, they overpay one guy for a year, but then his contract could be completely voided after next year, instead of trying to sign and overpay a few players for several years.

Romo a good fit in Denver and to a lesser extent Houston too. He could surprise some folks. Bad luck on the injuries but if you're Den or Hou you have to be a little excited. Both teams are an avg QB away from being in the mix and Romo is at least average.

Makes some sense I guess. It still seems like a never ending shit show in Cleveland though. It's amazing how many starting qb's they have had over the last decade or so.
