I think I am with Bread on the Pavy component of this. It is hard to imagine Pavy showing up. Canceling would seem so much more consistent with his forum patterns. I don't mean that as a put-down. Just an impression.

I would need to see some betting lines but I would definitely bet "won't show" if the chalk wasn't too nutso.
