my dentist told me for 5 yrs. that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled..I said hell no...UNTIL they started hurting...I had no dental insurance at time and it cost me $1150 for all 4 to be pulled!!!!
Not bad at all...the doctor put me under though...I woke up with a mouth full of gause...spit blood for a day or two..and bam..done deal...no problem...I worried so much about the experience of getting them pulled for nothing...get'em done but not until they start hurting.

Im the same way. Would've kept ignoring it but the infection was causing pneumonia, gum boils and heart problems so had no choice.

I honestly didn't even feel it...stuck me with about 4 or 5 of those intimidating silver handled syringes and the whole nerve came out on the first try.

When he said I needed a root canal I was like f*ck that is the last thing I want due to how terrible I have heard they are.

True that Sharky. Hadn't been to the dentist since I was 18 (about 6 years) and no issues whatsoever outside of the busted tooth from eating concrete.
