Took this bigbetpoker(bigbetpoker.com) no deposit $15 bonus, made 150 vip points, now tried to cash out 31.27 dollars and after waiting 24 hours did not recieve anything to my Moneybookers account. Contacted live support today, they said your account is under review by management. Now why is that? They think I have cheated at their tables??
And how much time will a delay like this take? A week?
