My Absolute poker days are over
I was playing $30 1 table sng and all too often when one more player needed to be eliminated to guarantee getting paid I notice the other players working together to eliminate me, one raises (all in many times) the other folds if I'm the blind, when they are the blinds and I fold they both fold.

Very difficult to play 1player vs 2.

F.uck that, happened too many times. I certainly can't "prove" collusion but this has happened too many times for my liking.

I'll stick with iPoker (Mansion Poker) and thats it.

Didn't they shut AP down for rigging all their games a couple years ago?

They were involved in a scandal, yes, it had to do with an ex employee stealing information and a program that let him see other players cards, he went on an amazing run playing terrible cards.

That was for big stakes, I don't think for a second my games were rigged but the players appeared to be playing together to eliminate me, so they could get paid, I was second in chips at the time.

Oh okay just the high limit games, yea I dont play really poker online anymore but I've heard about the AP and Ultimatebet scandals where basically they could see everyone's hole cards, I pretty much never played higher than 1/2 NL when I played but still just hearin about all those scandals makes online poker seem less attractive

I started playing online poker in 2005 at Sportsinteraction, back then the iPoker network was very limited and I remember tournaments with $2-$5 buy ins would rarely get 100 players.

iPoker has since become the largest poker network adding Mansion Centrebet Will Hill and other big UK sportsbooks, now those same tourneys that couldn't fill 100 seats get 800-1100 players in them.

I've always liked the network but stopped playing at SIA and instead play on the same network with Centrebet or Mansion.

I have also done well in their tourneys winning or moneying often.

I usually only play in iPoker tourneys with small buy ins, sometimes I'll buy in for $20.

I'm staying with Mansion poker and closing my Absolute poker account in the morning.

So the fact that AP is a scummy POS poker client which STOLE MILLIONS of dollars from its customers didn't stop you? But this did? Wow.

I'm guessing you played at stakes so low they don't monitor because collusion is far from allowed at those, or any, sites.
