I don't like to say anything about a book while I still have money in there, but I'm now totally out and wanted to give my thoughts.

I hated playing at this horrible book. The terms initially look decent: bonus offer (10% cash, 10% free play, free MNF bet), 30-day hold on funds, -108 juice on some sports.

However, there are two big problems: 1) the book constantly moves on air and 2) there is either a delay on every single bet or my account was immediately placed on a delay, and what a delay it is! 95% of my bets had it change the line and offer me a worse line, whether it was a moving market or not. They simply didn't want my business. I'd make a bet, enter my password, and wait anywhere from 30sec-5 min for it to move the line on me and offer me a worse price. I'd guess that my ratio was 7 attempted bets: 1 completed bet. There may be -108 juice, but you will every cent of it (at least) on nearly every bet. I finally started simply looking for market lines that hadn't moved in hours, in an attempt to get a bet down, and it still moved the line on me nearly every time.

I did take a payout for winnings, and this was handled well but there was a 2% fee on neteller payouts.

They seemed to have a decent selection of props, but I will not be back. I do not think that they were trying to steal my money or anything like that, but both BOS and SIA, which have set the low points for playability for me, were less hassle to play with than this book.

I have had the exact experience as Ortho. If you start making limit bets, they will add you to this delay. More and more books are using this delay and it's very frustrating.

It doesn't matter how much you bet, if they lable you as sharp, they put you on the delay, and automatically move the line on you.

I started calling in my wagers, they would quote me the line, they were showing, but after I told them whihc side I wanted, they would put me on hold while they confirmed with thier line manager. Then they would always come back and say max wager on that line is only $500. And let's notforget the fact, that since I calle din the wager, instead o getting the reduced juice, they hit you with full juice.

A short while ago, the had avalanche 05.5 +110. I called, they quopted me that line. I asked to wager 1k to win 1100. I'm waiting and waiting, and the clerk comes back and gives me the readback, makes no mention of any line change. I confirm the wager, and then check my pening, and see instead of giving me +110, they changed the line to -110. SO I call, to have the line corrected or wager canceled. The cerk acts like he doens't understand what the problem is. Then victor gets on the phone, and asks what the problem is. I explain to him what happenes, and he's like this time, and this time only I'll delete the wager, but next time you confirm a wager, it stays. So moving a line 20 cents after you already quoted the line is ok, but a customer immediately checking his pending wagers, to check a wager placed over the phone when in correctly, and calling immediately to corrct any erros, that's not ok

The only experience I've ever had that was worse than Mania, was nine.com.
