Exactly. I've actually gotten into arguments with peeps about this when gently suggesting they don't leave their brush near where they flush an open lid. In point of fact, this has been studied; worse place to leave a toothbrush. Ultimately, I don't care what other peeps do so I drop the argument, not worth it. I don't even keep my brush in the bathroom, although admittedly that could be viewed a tad extreme.
