best customer service book.........by miles

I just got off the phone with a chap from Heritagesports, could not of found a nicer person if i called a church.

this guy stood on the phone with me for a half hour giving me a lowdown on there way of doing buisness,he anwsered every question i threw at him with class.

i never experienced a customer service person as honest and kind as this guy Murph from HERITAGE.


Can anybody from SBR tell me why the B grading of this shop?

What makes this BOOKMAKER a B as opposed to an A?

What makes this BOOKMAKER a B as opposed to an A?

They can have the nicest people in the world as their CS reps but they aren't open to accepting new customers and their funding/withdrawing methods are limited.

They don't offer credit card or ewallet (moneybookers) deposits/withdrawals, they only use bankwire/**/**/Cheque.

I have an account with them but rarely use it as it means a trip to the moneygram place and getting ripped off on the conversion rate to USD.

I have been saying this from day 1, Heritage is by far the best book out there. I get my money the same day and the best customer service by far. It is the only book I use and I intend to keep it that way.

I called their 800 number and they said by football season they will start taking new customers. He also said that current members can also refer and they will take a new acct that way. I would be down to shoot someone $30 via paypal if they could put in a good word for me. Let me know.

I bet on sports for fun and it is strictly recreation for me. I don't want the hassle of other books. Heritage treats me better than I could of ever imagined. I played with other books to get the feel of things and I stuck with who I have had the best experience with. If I can make some money great, if not maybe I can learn some things which I have.

Processing issues in the post UIGEA environment are very real. It's best to stay as far under the radar as possible. If a book is profitable, it may be preferable to stay small. Most USA players have quit online and just do locals anyway, so taking new post up may just lead to an influx of sharps.

Legendz/ThePig is another outfit with great customer service. Very few of those out there.

Problem is their lines are extremely vanilla (basically Pinny without reduced vig) and they only have $500 limits. I might redeposit in August and just roll over the bonus by playing NFL teasers, though.

You will be very happy and will be treated the best you have been treated by a book. I wish I can be treated like I do with Heritage in other aspects of business I deal with. They are truly top notch. Good luck on getting a referral.
