You can still send in a letter to the editor of you local daily rag that is critical of public officials, so there's no reason to think that it will be different on-line. This has nothing to do with someone being critical of another; this is entirely in response to 'cyber stalking' and 'cyber bullying' another individual with REPEATED efforts.The language in the bill is so vague, it could be interpreted to apply to practically any situation, including blog posts critical of public officials.Comment -
