funny you mentioned hooters. not sure about hong kong, but there are hooters franchise in shanghai, beijing and other major chinese cities. total rip off since most of the girls do not really have any hooters. food sucks. beer is overpriced...well, it is actuallly like most hooters in the states.

It is amazing the things that people mistake for UFO's. Reflections, conventional aircraft and balloons.
